All of our Junior Guides are paid a daily rate for work completed through the donations we receive.
Clothing and Gear
All clothing, fishing gear, and any other necessary equipment are all supplied by the Junior Guide Program.
Travel
We endeavour to offer every Junior Guide the opportunity to travel to another guiding location to meet other Junior Guides and gain a wider variety of experience.
Additional Training
The Junior Guide program provides a range of additional training for the guides beyond their weekly fishing, including placements at Shimano, OzFish, and local artists.
